About Annie...
Annie grew up in a time when kids played outside, public schools offered art and music, and things made by hand and from the heart had value. Influences throughout her life from the wonders of nature, to the endless possibilities of artistic creation, are reflected in her work. Annie's unique style incorporates soft matte glazes, cool colors and imprints from leaves and plants to create a look that is fun, yet earthy and elegant.Annie studied Art and Ceramics at California State University, Chico, and currently lives in Big Bear Lake, CA. She travels to about twenty Art Shows a year throughout California.
I have worked in many mediums throughout my life, but have always been drawn to clay. I enjoy creating functional, affordable pieces of art that will bring you joy for many years to come!
To this day, Annie can be found playing with clay, creating in the studio, or playing outside on a bike, pair of skis, or in the garden.
